1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using LidPush, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software. LidPush is developed and maintained by Lidprex Labs, the research and development division of Lidprex International.
2. Software License
LidPush is licensed under the Apache License 2.0. This permissive license grants you the freedom to use, modify, and distribute the software, provided that substantial portions of the licensed software are accompanied by a copy of the Apache-2.0 license.

3. Data Collection
LidPush requires GitHub authentication (OAuth 2.0) to function. By using the application, you acknowledge the following data practices as described in our Privacy Policy:
- GitHub profile: Your GitHub user ID, username, and avatar URL are collected during OAuth and stored in a Neon PostgreSQL database.
- Push history: Repository name, files pushed, files cleaned, and secrets blocked for each operation are stored for analytics.
- Access token: Your GitHub OAuth token is stored locally in Windows Credential Manager. It never leaves your machine except to authenticate with GitHub's API.
No file contents or source code are ever transmitted. All cleaning operations happen locally on a temporary copy of your project.
4. User Responsibilities
- Use the software in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not use LidPush to distribute malware, steal credentials, or engage in unlawful activity.
- Review flagged secrets before pushing — the tool assists but does not replace human judgment.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your GitHub OAuth credentials.
5. Intellectual Property
The code you process with LidPush — your project files — remains your intellectual property. LidPush does not claim any ownership over your code, data, or repositories.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
LidPush is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The software performs file-system operations. You are advised to back up your projects before use.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Lidprex Labs, Lidprex International, or the contributors to LidPush be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the software.
8. Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data from the Lidprex platform, contact Lidprex Labs ↗ with your GitHub username. We will process deletion within 30 days.
